Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

Leg pain while walking? It may be more than muscle fatigue.

Peripheral artery disease (PAD) is a condition caused by narrowing or blockage of the arteries that supply blood to the legs, most commonly due to atherosclerosis. Reduced blood flow can lead to leg pain, cramping with walking, numbness, weakness, slow-healing wounds, or changes in skin color and temperature.

Services we offer:

Lower Extremity Revascularization with Atherectomy, Angioplasty, and Possible Stent Placement

Minimally invasive procedure used to restore blood flow in blocked or narrowed leg arteries. Atherectomy removes plaque buildup, angioplasty uses a balloon to widen the artery, and a stent may be placed if needed to help keep the artery open and improve circulation to the legs.
